I waive any right to inspect, edit or approve of any materials where the testimonial / photos and/or videos are used. I also waive any claim to copyright the testimonial / photos and/or videos or materials where they appear and waive any claim to financial compensation or gain from using them. ALNA Packaging Co. will only use my information for their marketing purposes and will not release it to any third parties.
